We have a vision for the next 100 years: renovate our building to create a world-class space for our guests, volunteers and students.

We have recently concluded Act One of a capital campaign which raised over $5.6 million for immediate building improvements for our volunteers and guests including:

  • New 42nd Street lobby and updated main lobby
  • Remodeled scene shop with new loading dock
  • Renovated classroom/rehearsal hall
  • Repaired and expanded parking lot
  • Expanded storage for costumes and props
  • HVAC upgrades
  • New security system with secure access for staff, volunteers & students
  • New roof above the Mainstage
  • Exterior cladding to properly insulate the building

Funding is still needed for crucial improvements to our facility including:

  • Revitalized Mainstage theatre with new seats, sound system and lighting system
  • Education and Volunteer Center upgrades
  • ADA accessibility to the Mainstage
  • Updated mechanics and accessible sound and light systems that allow volunteers more opportunities to participate
