Best of Broadway Tour

The Playhouse trips are four days and three nights, Tuesday through Friday, and include:
- Maybe Happy Ending and Just in Time with the group and a third theatre show of the traveler’s choosing;
- Roundtrip airfare, nonstop flights on Delta;
- Three nights stay at the Renaissance Times Square (two double beds; King beds are not available); and
- Transportation in New York between the airport and hotel.
Additional activities offered at cost include a Welcome Dinner. Playhouse staff can purchase Wednesday matinee tickets with no additional fee, only the ticket cost. Deviations from the trip are not allowed.

- Roundtrip airfare, currently nonstop flights on Delta or American Airlines;
- Three nights stay at the Renaissance Times Square; and
- Transportation in New York between the airport and hotel.
The trips are escorted by the theatre’s executive director or artistic director. Additional activities offered at cost include a Welcome Dinner and a sightseeing tour.
Recently, trips have been $2699 per person, double occupancy. Land only and single supplement pricings are available.
Payment policies:
- A non-refundable deposit of $125 is due at the time of registration.
- The final balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
- Cancelations made 46+ days prior to departure date result in a refund of 50% of the trip cost.
- No refunds are offered 0-45 days before departure date.
Travel insurance is offered by The Playhouse’s partner, Allied Travel.
New York Trip Cancelation Policies
- Airline penalties will be incurred for cancelations after Aug. 1, 2025.
- Some third show theatre tickets may not be refundable. Traveler will be advised of their third show refund policy before the purchase is made.
- Final balance due 90 days prior to trip: Aug. 13, 2025.
- Cancel 45-89 days prior to trip (Aug. 14-Sept. 26, 2025): 50% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
- Cancel less than 45 days prior to trip (Sept. 27-Nov. 18, 2025): No refund.
The Playhouse typically offers two trips in the spring and one trip in the fall.
