The Playhouse trips are four days and three nights, Tuesday through Friday. Trips include:

  • Two theatre shows, chosen by The Playhouse, with the group and a third theatre show of the traveler’s choosing;
  • Roundtrip airfare, currently nonstop flights on Delta or American Airlines;
  • Three nights stay at the Renaissance Times Square; and
  • Transportation in New York between the airport and hotel.

The trips are escorted by the theatre’s executive director or artistic director. Additional activities offered at cost include a Welcome Dinner and a sightseeing tour. 

Payment policies:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $125 is due at the time of registration.
  • The final balance is due 90 days prior to departure.
  • Cancelations made 46+ days prior to departure date result in a refund of 50% of the trip cost.
  • No refunds are offered 0-45 days before departure date.

Travel insurance is offered by The Playhouse’s partner, Allied Travel.

The Playhouse typically offers two trips in the spring and one trip in the fall.
