Redeem my Flex Four season ticket, Gift Certificate, Guest Pass, or Credit on File for Show Tickets

This form is only for Signature Series Flex Four season ticket holders, and those with Gift Certificates, Guest Passes, or credits on file as guests cannot redeem those through the online ticketing system.

If you would like to purchase tickets to a show, please visit our ticketing website or contact the ticket office at 515.277.6261. Ticket office hours are Noon-5:00 PM, Tuesdays-Fridays, and 90 minutes prior to curtain on show days.

NOTE: Forms received after 3:00 PM Fridays will not receive a response over the weekend. If you are requesting tickets to a show the same weekend as the request, simply show up at the theatre and go to the ticket office.

Requests using this form will be filled in the order received and will be given the best seats available. You will need to bring your gift certificate or guest pass with you when you come to pick up your tickets.
